四川省蜀安驾校有限公司是经省人民政府集体经济办公室批准，于1994年在省工商局注册，隶属四川省公安厅的一所专业汽车驾驶员培训学校，1999年从省公安厅脱勾改制为四川省蜀安驾校有限公司。注册资金600万元，注册地址成都市大石西路18号。
