四川省蜀安驾校有限公司是经省人民政府集体经济办公室批准，于1994年在省工商局注册，隶属四川省公安厅的一所专业汽车驾驶员培训学校，1999年从省公安厅脱勾改制为四川省蜀安驾校有限公司。注册资金600万元，注册地址成都市大石西路18号。
2002年被四川省运管局批准为“一类驾校”。2004年被省运管局和劳动部门批准为营业性道路运输驾驶员从业资格及技能等级培训单位2005年为四川省道路运输协会常务理事单位（法人代表为省驾工委副主任委员）。
