昆明永惠种植开发有限公司种植基地距宜良县城大约20公里山区（老石安公路七星村岔道进六公里处），海拔1800M。基地于2004年9月承包荒山1200亩左右，冬桃园承包年限30年，花椒园为50年。2006年10月，昆明永惠种植开发有限公司成立。

永惠生态农场硬件设施规划较好，整个农场通水、通电、通路、通信号。2004年9月开始翻地新建，将荒山开挖成梯地，整个基地已布完水管建成水浇地。农场内部交通十分便利，内部修路达10千米，卡车可以通畅地将货物运达农场各个角落。为果园拥有充足的水源，公司修建了能容约20万立方米的水库。购置了2台变压器，架设了20万千伏的高压电网。为果园的有序管理，建盖看山房约6000平方米左右。此外，为支持当地经济发展，06年中旬中国移动云南公司还在永惠生态农场内部较高点建设了移动基站，信号范围可以覆盖整个宜良地区。2008年初，我公司投资60万建设了一个容量为80吨的冷库，方便了鲜果储藏、运输。
