西安市富民机动车驾驶培训学校是西安市扶贫基金会下属经济实体。该校创办于1994年5月，是西安市一级驾校，教学质量好、实力强、过关率高、在西安泾渭开发区驾校投资自建400亩大型西安车管所指定科目二考场、考试过关率高、学员口碑佳！
