钜记起初在街头一角，以推车仔卖花生糖及姜糖为主。在1997年中， 开设店铺，首创现场即制即卖炭烧杏仁饼和蛋卷而闻名。现售卖货品已超过三百多款，其中以杏仁饼、蛋卷、花生糖、猪、牛肉乾深受顾客欢迎。并成立产品开发部门，突破传统，创造更多新品种, 例如；雪花杏仁片、琥珀合桃脆糖、果仁千层酥、金纽酥、陈皮饼、葡式凤梨酥、酥皮老婆饼、葡式曲奇饼、改良鸟结糖等等。务求令顾客在「钜记」找到心目中的手信。
经多年不断创新及努力，现於澳门拥有23间连锁分店、香港拥有6间分店以及新加坡1间分店。在澳门自设厂房生产，员工人数超过500名。
