2015年10月，有道云笔记新改版，在笔记记录之上，新增对文档的预览、编辑、管理等功能，更好的帮助用户实现效率办公。截止2016年3月底，有道云笔记用户量已突破4400万。2014年11月，专注企业文档协作和分享的有道云协作正式上线。截止2016年3月底，有道云协作用户创建群组43.7万个，累计新建文档超2500万份。
