爱贝克思集团（AvexGroup，通称爱贝克思），日本的民营企业、跨国公司、集团公司、股份制公司，全称爱贝克思集团控股公司（AvexGroupHoldingsInc.），以娱乐文化产业及旗下滨崎步（总业绩记录保持者）为首的娱乐人物闻名。核心业务包括爱贝克思娱乐公司（AvexEntertainmentInc.）的音乐与影像出品；爱贝克思经纪公司（AvexManagementInc.）的演艺事务代理；爱贝克思营销公司（AvexMarketingInc.）的音像制品制作与销售、音像出品的网络下载服务、会员服务、市场营销、商业演出、电影特效制作与发行。

爱贝克思最初于20世纪70年代发迹，1987年10月由松浦胜人及员工创业。1988年4月11日创立前身爱贝克思D.D（AvexDD）。1998年在成立10周年时合并改制，挂牌成立，并于同年开始拓展海外市场。它的音乐份额（avextrax）最高时为日本7成左右，平均每隔3个月占距日本行业首位一个自然年；这也使得它成为日本最大唱片公司，及世界最大独立唱片公司。

2006年11月16日，爱贝克思音乐影像制作（中国）有限公司在北京正式成立，背靠着日本最大规模的唱片公司，也是与世界四大唱片公司地位相当的AVEX，从创立之初就坚持要打造有AVEX标签的歌手。虽然当时正值内地选秀市场趋于火热之时，李宇春、张靓颖、周笔畅等选秀歌手正当红，也不乏话题性新人的出道，但爱贝克思中国却并不想签选秀歌手，此举也让爱贝克思中国承受了比其他唱片公司更大的挑战和压力。公司成立之初便推出了“温暖气质新女声”江一燕，并不惜集结全球幕后制作精英推出全新专辑《用爱呼吸》作为爱贝克思中国第一辑开山之作。旗下藏族女歌手阿兰更是爱贝克思中国着力培养的本土歌手，空灵高亢的好声音也让她获得了不少赞誉，并为大热卖座电影《赤壁》演唱了主题曲，更加提升了在内地的知名度，为随后进驻日本流行乐坛奠定了基础。

尽管如此，经过多年的坚持和对音乐品质的注重之后，艾回日本总部却在2011年10月宣布解散爱贝克思中国，大中华区只保留艾回台湾一个分部。在为台湾歌手信举办的最后一次北京专辑发布会后，爱贝克思中国低调解散，员工获得赔偿离开公司另觅他路。
