创始渊源:
当年,敏锐的商业触觉告诉老行家创始人李成寿先生,燕窝市场会在香港带来庞大的商机。于是,老行家集团就在李先生的独到眼光下诞生了。
即便在创业之初,李先生就不局限于在既有的燕窝量贩市场中抢滩。实际上,他独有的创意灵感带来了“即食燕窝” 。李先生认为,他所研发的免浸、免捡、免炖即食燕窝产品,将因其方便、有效和价钱相宜的特点而广获香港顾客群众的喜爱。
老行家的瓶装即食燕窝,灵感正是来自于李先生本身的日常生活。一直以来,李先生已养成了每天在家食用燕窝的好习惯。然而,繁忙的商务活动使他必须时常置身海外。因此,李先生的家人经过多次的研究改良燕窝烹调技术,终于研究出了能够事先特地为李先生准备好,可多天分次食用的燕窝,让他随身携带,以便他在经商的旅途中随时随地都能食用到他所喜爱的爱心燕窝。这就是“即食燕窝”的起源。
