The company was formerly known as Guangdong Xingning Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1958; in October 2008, it was taken over by Guangdong Hongyuan Group and renamed as Guangdong Hongyuan electromechanical Co., Ltd.; in November 2010, it acquired Guangdong Mingzhu Shaoguan Zhongli power generation equipment Co., Ltd. The company has two (Xingning, Shaoguan) production bases, with excellent equipment and perfect test conditions for manufacturing mechanical and electrical products.
