剑南春是什么牌子?「剑南春」是四川剑南春(集团)有限责任公司旗下著名品牌。该品牌发源于绵竹市,由创始人乔天明在1996-09-17期间创立,经过多年的不懈努力和高速发展,现已成为行业的标杆品牌。

剑南春是一家具有1500多年酿酒历史的中国大型白酒企业。1951年5月5月1日,绵竹人民政府将“朱天益”、“杨恒顺”、“泰福通”、“天成祥”等30多家酒坊收归国有,成立了“四川绵竹地方国营酒厂”,1984年正式更名为“四川省绵竹剑南春酒厂”,1994年改制为“四川剑南春股份有限公司”,1996年组建成立“四川剑南春集团有限责任公司”。

大唐皇室的长期御用奠定了剑南春"大唐国酒"的历史地位,深深烙上了盛唐文明的印迹。剑南春是唯一载入正史的中国名酒,也是中国至今唯一尚存的唐代名酒。剑南春酒的产地绵竹,酿酒历史已有三、四千年。广汉三星堆遗址出土的陶酒具和绵竹金土村出土的战国时期的铜罍、提梁壶等精美酒器、东汉时期的酿酒画像砖(残石)等文物考证以及《华阳国志?蜀志》、《晋书》等史书记载都可证实:绵竹产酒不晚于战国时期。早在1200多年前剑南春酒就成为宫廷御酒而记载于《后唐书?德宗本纪》,中书舍人李肇所著的《唐国史补》中也将其列为当时的天下名酒。宋代,绵竹酿酒技艺在传承前代的基础上又有新的发展,酿制出“鹅黄”、“蜜酒”,其中“蜜酒”被作为独特的酿酒法收于李保的《续北山酒经》,被宋伯仁《酒小史》列为名酒之中。清康熙年间(公元1662~1722),出现了朱、杨、白、赵等较大规模酿酒作坊,剑南春酒传统酿造技艺得到进一步发展。《绵竹县志》记载:“大曲酒,邑特产,味醇香,色洁白,状若清露。至1949年,专门经营绵竹大曲的酒庄、酒行、酒店已达50余家,绵竹大曲被称为成都“酒坛一霸”。而且还销往重庆、武汉、南京、上海等地。台湾《四川经济志》称:“四川大曲酒,首推绵竹。”
公司拥有三大“国宝”:

一是“中国十大考古新发现”、“全国重点文物保护单位”,并入选“中国世界文化遗产预备名录”的“天益老号”活窖群,其规模之宏大、生产要素之齐全、保存之完整,并且是仍在使用的活文物原址,举世罕见,是中国近代工业考古的重大发现。在"天益老号"古酒坊周围,明清保存至今连续使用的古窖池有695条。

二是作为我国浓香型白酒的典型代表入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录的“剑南春酒传统酿造技艺”。

三是入选首批“中华老字号”的“剑南春”品牌。
剑南春拥有六大“独有基因”:

第一:阳刚——源自青藏高原之雄浑。绵竹的高山为剑南春孕育着一种阳刚之气,为剑南春酿酒微生物的生长繁衍、剑南春美酒的发酵、储藏,孕育着得天独厚的气韵。

第二:圣洁——源自千年冰川之圣水。剑南春酿酒用水来自于绵竹西北部龙门九顶山的冰川水。这里的地下矿泉水不受任何外来细菌和地表水的影响,得以安静从容地和源于几百万年前冰川时代古老岩层、沙砾进行矿物质的交换,并最终被矿化,形成品质卓绝的天然弱碱性矿泉水。它们每一滴都至少历经16年天然渗透及矿化,富含钙、锶、钠、钾等多种天然矿物精华和微量元素,堪称世界顶级矿泉水。

第三:富贵——源自绵竹特产之酒米。绵竹位于成都平原的北端平坝区,因接近高原和具备特殊的冰川水资源,这里出产的酒米(糯米)、大米等粮食作物历来以颗粒饱满、滋味醇厚而闻名于世,为剑南春生产提供了特殊原料。

第四:幽香——源自1500年之古窖。1985年6月,在"天益老号"酿酒作坊的地下窖池中出土的纪年砖上发现有"永明五年"四字铭文,考古专家经过综合考察认为:"天益老号"酿酒作坊的地下窖池建造年代不晚于南北朝时期南齐永明五年,即公元487年,距今已有1524年,是中国白酒不断代使用至今的最古老的酿酒窖池。在"天益老号"古酒坊周围,明清保存至今连续使用的古窖池有695条,面积达6万平方米,规模之巨在全行业绝无仅有。"千年老窖万年糟",从现代微生物的角度看,古窖池已不是简单的泥池酒窖,而是集发酵容器、微生物生命载体和孕育摇篮于一身。

第五:匠心——源自传承创新之技艺。剑南春酒传统酿造技艺承传古法"泥窖固态发酵",全部采用陶坛贮存。在科技创新方面,剑南春一直走在行业最前沿,是四川名酒中首家获“国家认定企业技术中心”授牌的企业。公司总工程师徐占成被誉为“中国酒体风味设计学之父”、“中国酒体形态学之父”发现每支中国名酒的纳米级形态特征,绘制出白酒的"基因图谱"。2009年,由剑南春独立研发的具有国际先进水平的"挥发系数判定法"获得国家发明专利,解决了蒸馏酒年份鉴别这一世界性难题。目前,公司有高中级技术职称956人;享受国务院特殊津贴专家4人;中国酿酒大师2人,中国白酒委员会专家组成员2人,国家级白酒评酒委员8人,四川省酿酒大师3人,剑南春集团也由此成为中国白酒行业拥有国家评酒委员人数最多的企业之一。

第六:优雅——源自御酒尊贵之品格。唐中书舍人李肇撰《唐国史补》收录记载了开元至长庆年间(公元713-842)的天下名酒:“酒则有郢州之富水,乌程之若下,荥阳之土窖春,富平之石冻春,剑南之烧春…”;《旧唐书?德宗本纪》记载:“剑南岁贡春酒十斛”,证明“剑南春”在唐代就是“国酒”。
