在新能源领域，积极推进太阳能发电、风力发电以及地热能等开发应用。大神堂风电项目实现了天津风力发电零的突破，天津西站光伏电站作为国内较大的非晶硅屋顶光电建筑一体化示范项目成功并网发电。
