Laohenghe has a number of unique formulas and traditional brewing technology, forming a series of products such as cooking wine, yellow rice wine, Wucheng white wine, rose rice vinegar, soy sauce, rose bean curd, etc. Laohenghe cooking wine is a non-alcoholic blending product with glutinous rice as raw material and aged for more than five years. It is the leading brand and market sales champion product of Chinese cooking wine industry in 2010. Laohenghe rose rice vinegar is made from rice, using the unique climate conditions of Meiyu season in the south of the Yangtze River, without adding any strains of pure natural fermentation, and then aged for more than three years. The product ranks among the four famous vinegar in China. Old Henghe sauce products won the gold medal of Panama world expo in 1915. Laohenghe rose fermented bean curd, produced in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty, was a tribute to Tongzhi and Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, and won the gold medal of the first West Lake Expo in 1929; in 2010, laohenghe was recognized as a "Chinese time-honored brand" enterprise by the Ministry of Commerce.
