酿造技术
杰克丹尼的整个生产的过程都有着极为严格的规定,而且早在选玉米,黑麦和大麦等原料的环节就严格把关。这些谷物用酒厂附近的山泉水加工,成为一种麦芽浆。泉水温度常年保持在华氏56度,不含铁质,但富含石灰质。杰克丹尼的威士忌就是通过古老的,使麦芽浆变酸的方式酿造出来的。当然,这种威士忌不是真正的酸性酒,我们把它叫做酸麦芽浆威士忌酒。
