我乐是什么牌子?「我乐」是 南京我乐家居股份有限公司 旗下著名品牌。该品牌发源于江苏省南京市,由创始人NINA YANTI MIAO在 2005年期间创立,经过多年的不懈努力和高速发展,现已成为行业的标杆品牌。

我乐厨柜成立于2005年8月28日。多年来,我乐致力于帮助消费者构筑优质的厨房生活,并以高性价比的产品和服务赢得了客户的认可,取得了稳健地发展和巨大的市场成功。

我乐厨柜了解中国人的厨房生活方式和习惯,从中国社会结构、家庭结构、饮食习惯、厨房使用方式等各个层面,并为每一个中国消费者打造个性化厨房生活方式。我乐拥有产品研发能力,旗下的我乐厨房实验研究中心,拥有近10名欧洲设计师和近50名国内设计师团队。

位于南京市江宁区的我乐厨柜中国生产基地,是一个“信息化、高速化、自动化、智能化、立体化”-五化一体的厨柜生产基地, 总占地面积达9万平方米,年产能达36万套。2016年即将建成的我乐溧水生产基地占地将是现有厂房面积的6倍,建成投产后的产能将可达到60亿,高于现有工厂22倍的生产效率。此外,我乐引进多套全自动化柔性生产线,旨在促成我乐溧水生产基地各个板块工厂高效智能的生产需求,为我乐建造“智能工厂”,实现家居工业4.0革命而努力。

我乐厨柜致力于公益事业,自2008年起我乐推行“橙色课桌计划”,旨在为贫困山区小区无偿捐赠课桌。如今该项公益活动已开展了8年,受赠学校360所,涉及65个乡镇和地区,让14000个孩子用上新课桌。

我乐厨柜“橙色温暖”客户回访活动自2011年起,旨在为客户提供高品质的厨房售后维护服务,这也渐渐成为我乐一项持续的品牌服务活动。每年年末我乐全国1000家店面统一行动,走访家家户户,了解客户需求,并在约定的时间亲自上门免费清理维修。届时戴有我乐标志的工作人员将走访每一位客户家,洗一洗、擦一擦、修一修,让厨房整洁美观、牢固耐用。

从2007年起,我乐厨柜的客户满意度保持在98%~99%之间,其对新老客户的服务不仅体现在销售和安装过程,更体现在售后服务上,包括每年定期主动回访、免费上门维修保养,更重要的是柜体五年质保期。2010年起,我乐厨柜还在原有的售后服务团队基础上专门成立了400呼叫中心,帮助客户解决难题。
