万隆始创于清同治三年（公元1864年），店址设在杭州河坊街与中山中路的交叉口，是杭州著名的河坊街四拐角唯一经营百余年的老店。以生产销售火腿、家乡南肉、风腿、香肠、酱鸭、香肚等腌腊食品最为著名，有“腌腊上品推万隆”的美誉。

时事变迁，时光流逝，一九九三年万隆兼并多家企业，成立杭州万隆实业有限公司，遵循万隆“货真价实、真不二价”的百年古训，恢复加工厂，在杭州良渚工业园区建有2万余平方米的现代化工厂，专业生产万隆酱鸭、万隆香肠及万隆卤味肉制品。

二OO二年万隆实施新的拓展，成为“景阳观”的唯一股东，使百年老店景阳观焕发勃勃生机，到河坊街购买景阳观酱菜的人群络驿不绝，熙熙攘攘的顾客队伍成为河坊街的一大景观。

●1864年，万隆腿栈，在位于皇城根下当年杭城最繁华的清河坊开业。

●1926年，因邻家失火央及木结构的万隆腿栈，重建三层楼洋房。

●1929年，浙江省举办首届西湖博览会，“万隆西式火腿”荣获“西湖博览会金奖”。

●1937年，抗日战争爆发，万隆职工遣散，门店歇业。

●1943年，万隆腿栈重新开业。

●1956年，万隆腿栈公私合营，更名为“万隆火腿庄”。

●1966年，文革开始，万隆火腿庄更名为“杭州腌腊商店”。

●1989年，杭州腌腊商店恢复“万隆火腿庄”。

●1993年，万隆火腿庄、定安路肉店、炭桥菜场合并组建杭州万隆实业公司。

●1994年，杭州万隆实业公司在广州、成都开设分公司。

●1995年，炭桥菜场经过改造装修，万隆酒家开张营业。

●1995年，杭州万隆实业公司改制为杭州万隆实业有限公司

●2003年01月，杭州景阳观调料酱品有限公司设在三墩的酿造分公司开业，并生产出一级酿造酱油投放市场。

●2003年11月，杭州万隆实业有限公司出资购买杭州市中山中路87号房屋，将景阳观搬迁至老字号云集的河坊街。

●2004年10月，杭州万隆肉类制品有限公司搬迁至在余杭良渚勾运路52号二万余平方米的现代化工厂。

●2005年03月，杭州景阳观调料酱品有限公司将酱菜生产全部搬迁至萧山党湾的萧山分公司。

●2007年08月，将杭州万隆肉类制品有限公司和杭州景阳观调料酱品有限公司二个独立运转的销售工作分离出来，由总公司牵头设立市场部，负责二个公司的销售工作。
