1993年，温州市龙胜电器有限公司成立，并开始涉足浴霸行业。

1996年，投资成立瑞安市名族电器有限公司，开始名族品牌经营之路。

1997年，温州市龙胜电器有限公司更名为浙江龙胜电器有限公司。
