北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司成立于2002年8月,始建于1949年10月国营北京大兴酒厂的改制企业,据《北京通史》记载大兴酒厂距今已有800多年的悠久历史,可追溯到金大定三年(公元1163年)金世宗下诏,令大兴少尹招复酒户酿制美酒,当时烧酒作坊烧制的“金澜酒”,口味醇厚、清洌甘爽、十分香美,此酒专为金王朝上层所享用。世人以饮之为荣,金人曾有诗赞曰:“金澜酒皓月委波入牖,冰台避署压琼艘,火坑敌寒挥玉斗。追欢长是秉烛游,日高未放传杯手。”由诗中可见当时王公贵戚通宵达旦欢饮此酒的景象。到了元英宗(公元1322年)时在大都设置糟房百所,酿制“阿刺吉酒”(即白酒)和小米黄酒等酒类。明、清两代为皇家禁苑,瀛海行宫即皇帝行围打猎、论功行赏之地也,当时建有烧酒作坊一个,名叫“裕兴烧锅”,专为皇宫酿造御酒,北京同仁堂药店开业后,规定只用此酒入药,当地老人解放前多赶着毛驴车为同仁堂送酒,到了1949年9月,华北野战军任邱“益泉涌”酒厂随军迁址于此“裕兴烧锅”归为国有,随改名为国营北京大兴酒厂(今北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司的前身)。

今天的北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司,传承老北京二锅头传统酿造技艺,产品选用优质高粱为原料,以麸曲为糖化发酵剂,采用老五甑发酵法、混蒸混烧、看花接酒、掐头去尾,长期储存、精工勾兑而成。酒液清澈透明,酒体醇厚,绵甜爽净,余味悠长等特点,饮誉全国,公司以崭新的姿容展现在京南大地,实现了“酿成春夏秋冬酒,迎来东西南北客,销通五湖四海路,博得天涯海角名”的几代人为之奋斗的夙愿。
