北京正有网络通信技术股份有限公司简称“北京正有”,其前身为成立于1997年5月的北京正有通信设备有限公司。2000年10月,经北京市人民政府京政函(2000)127号文批准,改制成立北京正有网络通信技术股份有限公司。目前注册资金3760万元人民币。主要股东有北京正有微系统有限公司、深圳市创新投资有限公司及公司主要技术人员、管理人员等。

在2004年以前,从运作模式来看,正有公司基本是一个技术推动型公司。2004年公司正式提出要将运作模式转变为以核心技术为依托的市场牵引型公司,强调公司的一切活动要面向市场。目前公司正在经历这种转型。

(一)正有公司是中国光传输产业的奠基者之一。近十年前,正有以ZYIC系列芯片,开辟了中国光传输事业的新时代。
