The current shareholders are Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd., Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jinjiang International Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Guotai Junan Investment Management Co., Ltd. The company has nine departments including research and development department, fund investment department, fund accounting department, supervision and audit department, general management department, market business department, fund registration department, strategic planning department, information technology department, and has branches in Beijing.
