发展历程

1984年企业成立，经深圳市人民政府批准，创立“深圳市工程开发公司”，为市属全民所有制国营企业。

以长城大厦项目踏上房地产专业发展的道路。打造了深圳白沙岭住宅区（长城大厦）的经典产品。

1994年5月公司在深交所挂牌上市，股票简称深长城，形成了房地产开发、建筑施工、资产经营、物业管理四个完整产业体系。

通过根植深圳、西进成都、北拓大连的战略布局，开始了多区域精品积累期，完成了圣廷苑酒店等一大批优质项目的开发运营工作。

在深圳、惠州、东莞、成都、上海、大连等城市不断深耕，各地项目均在当地取得了优异的发展成绩，进一步深化完成全国多区域发展布局。

2014年3月正式更名为深圳市中洲投资控股股份有限公司。

2016年销售额超百亿，并确立将会由传统住宅开发模式逐渐向住宅地产、商业地产等多元化开发模式的企业战略转变。
