转型目标事业

经过总结研究和专家学者的战略指导,富田今后的发展将锁定在三个目标事业上:商丘中国手套城、宁波富港电商城和中国法学城。除法学城项目尚未落地,其他均已建设和运行中。

稳定国外市场:继续扩大与其他专业进口商的贸易,从OEM到自主品牌创建再到品牌输出,在国际市场上进行品牌化运作。在国外设立销售子公司和代理商办事处,通过销售人才本土化,不断地扩大自主品牌的销售。根据当地国家的文化风俗,正确选择品牌推广方式。整合多个手套生产商,进行品牌输出。

加大国内市场的推广与维护:国内主要采用专卖连锁经营,区域总代理总经销模式,特许专卖模式,大型超市店中店特约经销模式,打造国内品牌。

目前公司已制定方案,在全国各大中城市开出500家富田手足情连锁专卖店,先在长三角地区试验,已在宁波开出六家连锁专卖店。专卖店设计较为新颖,突出个性,手套系列、袜品系列、饰品系列等产品齐全,将“四化四性”的品牌标准贯彻到各个运行系统和整个营销通路及终端:规范化、名优化、个性化、齐全化、方便性、专业性、功能性、创新性于一体。并以良好的配送服务和质量跟踪服务获得消费者的认可,从而进一步推广富田品牌。
