1996年7月1日，上海人俞兆林创办的上海兆林实业有限公司正式成立。俞兆林继金属棉、太空棉、羽绒、羊毛绒等内衣原料之后，创造出了”导湿保暖复合绒”为主要原料的复合保暖内衣。
