云南下关沱茶(集团)股份有限公司位于风景秀丽、气候宜人的大理市下关,前身为创建于1941年的云南省下关茶厂。上世纪50年代,大理地区创办于20世纪初的数十家大小茶叶商号,通过公私合营全面并入下关茶厂。苍山洱海优良的生态环境,大理地区悠久精湛的制茶技艺,为下关沱茶的优良品质提供了得天独厚的条件。目前,公司拥有当今世界先进的茶叶加工设备和一大批专业技术人员及管理人才。是农业产业化国家重点龙头企业和国家扶贫龙头企业,国家边销茶定点生产和原料储备企业。2007年,公司被国家农业部认定为“国家茶叶加工技术研发分中心”。

公司产品包括各种紧压茶、绿茶、特种茶、袋泡茶等共四大类近200个品种,其中创制于1902年的“松鹤”下关沱茶,是拥有百年历史的知名品牌,从上世纪八十年代起先后三次荣获国家质量银质奖,三次荣获世界食品金冠奖;获国家质监总局“原产地标记产品注册”和中国绿色食品发展中心批准认证为中国绿色食品,被评为“中国茶叶名牌”,首批“云南省名牌产品”等30余项省部级以上荣誉;2008年被国家农业部授予“中国名牌农产品”荣誉。“松鹤(图)”商标2003年、2006年、2009年、2012年四次被评定为“云南省著名商标”,“下关”牌商标2009年、2012年连续两次被认定为“云南省著名商标”。2011年3月,国家商务部公布的第二批“中华老字号”,下关沱茶榜上有名;2011年5月,国务院公布的第三批非物质文化遗产名录中,下关沱茶制作技艺荣耀入选。

从2003年开始,公司先后通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证、全国食品安全生产许可证(QS认证)。公司实施下关沱茶全国连锁专卖营销战略以来,下关沱茶连锁专卖店遍及全国30个省(市、自治区),并出口欧盟、日本、韩国、马来西亚等10多个国家及台、港、澳地区,享有良好声誉。
