牡丹江木工机械（厂）有限责任公司（前身牡丹江木工机械厂）始建于1946年，原隶属于中华人民共和国林业部，曾经是亚洲较大的木工机械生产制造基地。2004年经过国有企业改制，重新组建了牡丹江木工机械（厂）有限责任公司。

公司经营范围为生产销售木工机械、机电产品、石油机械配件；从事货物进出口，技术进出口；场地租赁，企业管理服务。主要产品有各类木工机床、板式家具生产线设备、人造板设备、木材干燥设备、集成材生产线设备和木工刃具刃磨设备等六大类160多个品种。还承担大庆油田装备制造集团抽油机主要部件中曲柄、平衡块、箱体、皮带轮四大系列40余个品种，其中主要涉及多种出口产品；以及沈阳机床集团数控车床床身、滑板等部件的生产任务。公司生产的木工机械产品品质优良、性能稳定，销售渠道遍布全国各地并远销越南、马来西亚、泰国、印度、俄罗斯、埃及、澳大利亚、智利、圭亚那等国家和地区。

公司主营产品所需的铸件自给自足，开展铸造生产历史悠久，历经了多次技术改造，从原始的手工粘土砂造型，到风动工具造型，直至发展到如今树脂砂造型工艺。拥有固定混砂机、移动混砂机和通过式抛丸机等现代化铸造、清砂设备，实现了流水线半自动化生产，尤其擅长生产各类结构复杂的簿皮壳体类铸件。通过技术改造，对原有的铸造车间进行改扩建，使厂房面积增加至12000平方米，可生产较大的单件铸件达30吨，年铸件生产能力提高至15000吨。这一改造项目，对公司的生产经营带来了很大的拉动。

多年来，公司铸造分厂在保质保量完成公司木工机床铸件生产任务的同时，还广泛承揽国内部分企业的外协铸件生产加工。分别为大庆油田装备制造集团、沈阳机床集团、齐齐哈尔第二机床厂、大连迈克尔机床厂等企业提供优质铸件，并始终保持密切合作。每年为公司创造数千万元的产值，实现了我公司的多元化发展。其中更为突出的是为已进行合作的大庆油田装备制造集团生产的抽油机主要部件。近几年平均每年为大庆合作方提供4000余吨的优质铸件产品，产品质量和供货的及时性都受到了合作方的交口称赞。
