教学方面，北大医院男科中心是北京大学博士点和博士后流动站之一。开展男科学医师培训和男科学领域的科研工作，担负男科学博士后、博士、硕士培养和全国泌尿男科临床医师的继续教育任务。至2008年，共有4名博士后出站，博士2名毕业，在读博士研究生5名，博士后3名；主办5次“创普健康男人工程”男科医师培训班，主办3届长城国际男科论坛。
