山东华源莱动内燃机有限公司位于中国梨乡山东莱阳,是中国主要的中小功率柴油机生产基地。主要从事发动机及零部件的开发设计、生产、销售及相关进出口贸易。

公司始建于1943年,1953年开始内燃机的生产;1997年与中国华源集团合资成立山东华源莱动内燃机有限公司;1998年6月华源凯马股份公司上市,成为其子公司; 2008年4月华源凯马被中国恒天集团收购,成为恒天集团三级子公司。公司注册资本1.93亿元,现有资产总额8.7亿元,占地面积29万多平方米。拥有员工3000余人,各类专业技术人员150多人,其中中高级专业技术90多人。各类专业技能人员260多人,其中高级技师110多人。

公司具有强大的产品研发和生产制造能力,现已形成“两个系列,三个产品线”的产品研发制造格局。“两个系列”是指单缸柴油机系列和小缸径多缸系列柴油机。其中单缸系列柴油机主要产品为1105、1110、1115、LD24、KM130、KM138、LD26、LD28、KM160、LD30、KM173、KM186等12个品种150多个型号,功率在12马力到34马力,年产能力40万台;多缸系列柴油机主要产品为LL380、LL480、KM385、KM485、3T30、KM390、4L22、4L23、D496、3L16CF、4L18CF、4L22CF、KM4100、KM4102、K15等34个品种300多个型号,功率在16马力到120马力,年产能力30万台。“三个产品线”,一是为农业机械、工程机械和发电机组、玉米收获机械等非道路主机产品配套的农业机械发动机产品线。产品为小拖、三轮、低速载货汽车、大中拖配套。主要为五征、鲁中、荣成海山、泰安国泰、福田雷沃重工、常州东风、马恒达盐拖、洛阳一拖、佳木斯骥驰和潍坊、兖州周边大量民营拖拉机厂家配套,并广泛配套于福建、莱州、青州、泰安、临沂等地工程机械和机组厂家,以及河北、山东德州、荣成等地玉米收获机械。其中大中拖配套产品已经形成了9大机型,动力覆盖25到55马力,并向80到100马力延伸的生产能力。二是轻微卡发动机产品线。产品主要为福田汽车、中航黑豹、唐骏欧铃、山东五征、凯马汽车、成都王牌、蒙德金马、东方曼等厂家轻微卡汽车配套。三是多用途乘用车发动机产品线,主要为广汽吉奥、东风小康等厂家的微型面包车、高端轻卡、皮卡、SUV、MPV等汽车产品配套。公司积极贯彻国家环保政策法规,大力开发绿色环保、节能减排发动机,轻微卡、乘用车配套发动机,全部实现国Ⅳ排放标准。
