在工程建设上,三期工程综合考虑陶瓶工艺的生产经验,对车间生产线和自控系统进行更新升级,使设备更专业,自动化程度更高。同时,该项目依山建成4300余平米的地下酒窖,增加优质原酒储备能力5000吨,充分利用山洞内恒温、恒湿、避光、通风和防震的自然条件,使关公坊酒芬香浓郁,口感更佳。
