2005年10月24日正式竣工的北京丘比食品有限公司怀柔工厂投资4500万元，占地面积24000平方米，厂房为框架结构建筑，目前生产18种口味的沙拉酱、14种口味的果酱，年生产能力为6500吨。

在经过为时三十多天的紧张设备调试，于2005年12月2日正式投入生产。生产设备引进了日本先进的生产沙拉酱成套技术及装备、全自动包装设备、完善的各项设施、优美的厂区环境构成了丘比产品品质的重要保障，现在的丘比工厂无论是规模还是设备的先进性均可堪称是一座现代化的工厂。为了更进一步的提升公司的质量管理体系，工厂正式投产就依据ISO9000和HACCP质量管理模式运行，在努力实施质量认证的同时，更加重视对质量体系运行情况的动态管理，增强质量管理体系的有效性。通过内部审核，通过“纠正和预防措施”等质量要素的管理，使质量体系的运转更加切合实际。
