公司自成立之日起便以面向国内外客户市场为目标，引进生产流水线与实验检测设备和技术人才。一期建有5条自动装配流水线，年生产能力80万台，其发电机组50万台；二期建成后将拥有7条自动装配流水线，年生产能力120万台，其中发电机组80万台。具有立体高架和平面仓库约12000平米，发动机和机组在线检测室20个。生产过程采用现代化的物流系统和QAD的ERP生产组织管理系统，从原材料进厂到产品出厂，产品生产和检测均在流水线完成。公司建有通机实验中心一个，拥有发动机和机组、水泵以及高低温性能检测室10个，具备圆度仪、三坐标测量机、投影仪、金相显微镜、粗糙轮廓仪、排放仪等检测实验设备。
