长白山酒业集团的前身是始建于1936年的老爷岭葡萄酒厂,是以开发长白山野生资源为主的、多元化经营的大型实业集团公司。注册资本8997万,总资产3亿元。
集团公司是中国历史最悠久山葡萄酒企业。1936年由日本资本家饭岛庆三创办,1945年,苏联红军临时接管,1949年解放战争结束,更名长白山葡萄酒厂,2000年重组为长白山酒业集团。70多年来,公司已开发生产产品山葡萄酒系列、五味子酒系列、洋姑娘酒系列、冰酒系列、矿泉水系列、白酒系列等100多个品种。拥有东北规模最大、年生产能力达4万吨的原酒万吨发酵站,中国最大的山葡萄酒生产基地,中国最大的山葡萄原料种植基地10万亩,中国唯一的野生山葡萄、北五味子自然保护区3万亩,以及亚洲大型的面积近2万平方米、储酒能力2万余吨全地下恒温橡木桶储酒窖。
集团公司由蛟河生产基地(原吉林市长白山葡萄酒厂)、梅河生产基地(原通化天池葡萄酒厂)以及蛟河原料基地、梅河口原料基地、吉林省山葡萄与山葡萄酒研究中心等组成。其中,山葡萄与山葡萄酒研究中心,为全国葡萄酒行业第一家省级民营葡萄酒研究中心,由国际著名葡萄专家金俊济主持,现有国际葡萄酒组织(OIV)亚洲专家组成员2名,国家级评委5名,全国果露酒专家委员会成员1名,中级以上科研人员28名,多项技术和产品填补国内空白。其中,2000年,起草了与世界葡萄酒接轨的《中国葡萄酒技术法规》山葡萄酒部分,推动山葡萄酒的发展历程,2006年,长白山冰酒获得OIV国际最高评酒赛大奖,提升中国冰山葡萄酒的国际地位。

独特优势
中国历史最长的山葡萄酒企业
吉林省长白山酒业集团始建于1936年,前身是日本资本家饭岛庆三创办的老爷岭葡萄酒厂。1945年日本投降后,饭岛庆三回国,老爷岭葡萄酒厂临时由苏联红军接管;苏联红军推出东北以后,老爷领葡萄酒厂被国民党军队占领。1946年初,解放战争打响,老爷岭葡萄酒厂回到了中国的怀抱。1949年,国家开始对老爷领葡萄酒厂进行重点建设。1958年,老爷岭葡萄酒厂更名为长白山葡萄酒厂。2000年改制,组建为长白山酒业集团。
中国规模最大的山葡萄酒生产基地
长白山酒业集团拥有两大生产基地,日产百吨红酒能力。其中蛟河生产基地是集团公司在2000年投资2000余万元收购原新站葡萄酒厂基础上改建而成的,占地150亩,建筑面积5万平方米。2个生产车间,4条生产线,年产2万吨瓶酒灌装能力。并且拥有自己的铁路运输专用线。
梅河生产基地是集团公司在1998年收购通化天池葡萄酒厂,1999年又投资1500万元收购梅河口电缆厂改扩建而成。占地50亩,建筑面积4.6万平方米。2个车间,4条生产线,年灌装2万吨啤酒能力。
中国唯一的野生山葡萄、北五味子保护区
2000年,集团在蛟河市新站镇建成了金斗宫原料基地,研究长白山山葡萄与五味子的保护与仿生栽培。已完成北五味子、山葡萄仿生栽培1万亩。
东北最大的原酒发酵站
集团所属的原新站葡萄酒厂拥有年3万吨原酒发酵能力,梅河口市通化天池葡萄酒有限公司万吨发酵站为国家财政部农业发展办公室确定的东北农业产业化重点农头项目之一。
亚洲最大的全地下橡木桶储酒窖
1936年,饭岛庆三建立了近500吨储酒能力的地下橡木桶酒窖;建国后,国家从五十年代末开始规划继续建设长白山酒厂的地下酒窖,并在当时的长白山葡萄酒厂建立了中国第一个橡木桶生产车间。经过不断的建设,如今地下酒窖地下面积近2万平方米,橡木桶1500多个,最大储酒桶可容纳原酒15吨,储藏原酒2万余吨,被专家和业内人士誉为“亚洲第一窖”。
东北最雄厚的科研技术力量
公司有两位OIV驻亚洲葡萄与葡萄酒科技发展中心专家组成员,5位国家级评酒员,40位专业科研人员,多项技术和产品填补国内空白。
