技术优势:光伏发电离不开超白玻璃,超白玻璃要求其成分中Fe2O3≤0.009%,具有高透光率,透光率决定玻璃的品质,浮法玻璃的透光率为86%,而超白玻璃透光率可达92%以上,太阳能光伏发电系统的玻璃基片就需要使用超白玻璃。超白玻璃的生产对使用量主要原料石英砂要求特别严格,SiO2≥99.6% ,Fe2O3≤0.0050%±0.0010%,否则无法保障超白玻璃其成分中Fe2O3≤0.009%。随着光伏发电的发展,超白玻璃的需求量成数倍增长,高纯度低铁石英砂用量也随之增长。用酸洗石英砂,但酸洗产量低,成本高,污染难解决,远远不能满足光伏产业的需求。公司拥有自主知识产权的浮选工艺和捕收剂(发明专利号:200910116471.8, 200910144544.4,201510779912.8),把普通Fe2O3≤0.012%石英砂制成Fe2O3≤0.0050%±0.0010%的高纯低铁石英砂。  

2010年度安徽省战略性新兴产业科技攻关计划项目中,安徽省科学技术厅针对凤阳县石英尾砂固体废弃物所造成严重的环境污染问题,提出企业开发出废弃尾砂中的石英资源的综合利用技术,广宝来公司承担“凤阳超白玻璃石英砂尾矿综合利用关键技术研究”项目计划。
