合肥万泉非金属矿科技有限公司成立于2011年10月,公司主要经营范围:非金属矿选矿实验分析,选矿工程设计、安装,选矿技术转让、咨询,高纯石英砂、硅微粉及尾矿技术开发和应用等。前身是广宝来特种石英(凤阳)科技有限公司,广宝来特种石英(凤阳)科技有限公司是一家为太阳能光伏电池超白玻璃厂提供高纯低铁石英砂的专业生产厂家。广宝来主要产品:低铁石英砂: SiO2≥99.5%±0.2%, Fe2O3≤0.005%± 0.001%

技术优势:光伏发电离不开超白玻璃,超白玻璃要求其成分中Fe2O3≤0.009%,具有高透光率,透光率决定玻璃的品质,浮法玻璃的透光率为86%,而超白玻璃透光率可达92%以上,太阳能光伏发电系统的玻璃基片就需要使用超白玻璃。超白玻璃的生产对使用量主要原料石英砂要求特别严格,SiO2≥99.6% ,Fe2O3≤0.0050%±0.0010%,否则无法保障超白玻璃其成分中Fe2O3≤0.009%。随着光伏发电的发展,超白玻璃的需求量成数倍增长,高纯度低铁石英砂用量也随之增长。用酸洗石英砂,但酸洗产量低,成本高,污染难解决,远远不能满足光伏产业的需求。公司拥有自主知识产权的浮选工艺和捕收剂(发明专利号:200910116471.8, 200910144544.4,201510779912.8),把普通Fe2O3≤0.012%石英砂制成Fe2O3≤0.0050%±0.0010%的高纯低铁石英砂。  

2010年度安徽省战略性新兴产业科技攻关计划项目中,安徽省科学技术厅针对凤阳县石英尾砂固体废弃物所造成严重的环境污染问题,提出企业开发出废弃尾砂中的石英资源的综合利用技术,广宝来公司承担“凤阳超白玻璃石英砂尾矿综合利用关键技术研究”项目计划。

企业有一个研发团队,并与相关大学进行产学研合作。公司2006年开始研究成功采用反浮选工艺,阴阳离子捕收剂,把普通石英砂制成高纯低铁石英砂。之后又采用浮选工艺结合煅烧、水淬、酸洗、高纯水清洗、无污染粉碎、强磁选等一系列工艺,把SiO2≥99.8%的石英矿石制成SiO2≥99.99%高纯石英砂,用于单晶硅、多晶硅生产用石英坩埚原料及石英玻璃、光学玻璃、水晶玻璃、光热玻璃原料等。

对于尾矿综合利用,万泉公司通过技术创新和技术攻关,公司拥有自主知识产权的浮选工艺和捕收剂(发明专利号:201310071037.9,201310070979.5,201410485021.7),成功从钼、金、铜矿等有色金属尾矿中分选石英、长石制造平板玻璃、器皿玻璃、微晶玻璃、泡沫玻璃、陶瓷等产品,工艺技术成熟。从尾矿中把石英、长石分出来后,剩下的尾矿就是富矿,再分选出其中的有色金属,对每个有价组分充分回收,充分利用,经济价值十分巨大,其附加值甚至会超过主业,实现了尾矿综合利用真正意义上的“吃干榨尽”。
