扬州陆琴脚艺三把刀发展有限公司，创办于2002年，是一家集培训、沐足产品加工、足部护理、休闲保健、连锁为一体的企业。公司是中国商业联合会沐浴专业委员会会员单位，同时更是国家质量安全管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系的三标企业。

公司旗下目前包含的实体有：

一、职业培训学校：学校成立以来，目前共计培训了80期学员，其中修脚培训  80期、脚病医治30期，累计培训学员近数万余人，其中就业、创业率达98%，向社会输送大批优秀的足保类人才。

二、沐足保健产品基地：加工和采用绿色、环保、健康的沐足类产品，公司所生产的“陆琴脚艺”牌姜泥、姜贴、牛奶、冰离子、中药、活络乳、足底按摩棒、修脚刀、一次性无纺布、泡脚桶、香薰足浴桶等沐足保健产品行销全国。

三、陆琴脚艺连锁目前近百家，主要分布在北京、江苏、浙江、安徽、山东、贵州、内蒙、福建、广东等省市，从业人员数近万人。使陆琴脚艺品牌辐射全国。

陆琴女士编写的四本专著分别为：

《陆琴脚艺》于2007年出版，该书从修脚设备、刀具研磨、刀技刀法及脚病的修治几个方面附图进行了详细讲解，还同时附有从艺标准和考核内容。

《保健修脚技巧》出版与2000年，此书是一本是由江苏科学技术出版发行的，内容丰富实用，是从业人员的入门级书籍。

《脚艺真传》于2007年出版，这是一部系统传授享誉中外的扬州修脚技术诀窍的精华之作。

《中华足艺》出版于2017年5月。
