吉林省梅河酒业起源于公元1888年（清光绪十四年），在清朝盛京围场总管衙门治所海龙府（现梅河口市海龙镇）东街奶子山下，创始人玍财东在今厂址开办了酿酒作坊，商号“中和烧锅”；光绪二十四年，烧锅改为“宝盛长烧锅”，曾在东北享誉一时，也被海龙当地人称之“东烧锅”；1945年，东北解放，人民政府将烧锅收归国有，改字号“大众烧锅”；2004年12月，有着57年国有企业历史的“梅河口市酿酒厂”成功转制为民营吉林省梅河酒业有限公司。
公司占地面积26640平方米，建筑面积13000平方米，拥有评酒员及高级酿酒师多人，技术力量雄厚，工艺精湛，装备现代化自动流水线及传统酒窖设置，年生产白酒能力15000吨。其独特的酿造工艺，酿出了醉美关东大地的琼浆玉液。主导产品“梅河高粱酒”销售国内十几个省市，并出口韩国。
