公司是江苏省高新技术企业，省民营科技企业、省无缝钢管出口一类企业。公司拥有二类完整的钢管生产线：一类为25万吨的锅炉管及油套管等无缝钢管生产线；另一类为20万吨级的车丝线，其中全线引进世界一流设备的油套管丝扣加工生产线。公司产品为Ø610mm以下无缝钢管，日前已与中冶赛迪签约新上两条短流程三辊连轧生产线：Ø76机组（2012年3月投运），Ø114机组（2012年10月投运）。该生产线2013年全面达产后可形成年产值15亿元，从而顺利完成江苏诚德钢管股份有限公司传统产品的转型升级。

英文翻译：Founded in 1988, Jiangsu Chengde Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is located in the north side of Xintongyang canal, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, covering an area of 400 mu, with a registered capital of 210 million yuan and a total asset of 1 billion yuan. The Beijing Shanghai Expressway and Ningqi railway meet at right angles at the northeast side of the company's general plant, which has good geological environment and regional advantages. The company strictly abides by the quality policy of "honesty, steadiness, realism and pursuit of all-round excellence", and constantly explores the management mode suitable for the enterprise scale. It has successively passed ISO9002 quality system certification, API certification of American Petroleum Association, and certification of ABS, BV, LR, DNV, NK, GL, CCS classification society at home and abroad. The company's physical and chemical testing center has been approved by the national level (CNAs) laboratory, and obtained the manufacturing license of special equipment (pressure pipe components) issued by the State Bureau of quality and technical supervision. The National Postdoctoral research workstation and provincial engineering technology research center have been established. The company is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a provincial private technology enterprise, a provincial seamless steel pipe export enterprise. The company has two complete steel pipe production lines: one is a 250000 ton seamless steel pipe production line for boiler pipes and oil casings; the other is a 200000 ton thread turning line, in which the oil casing thread processing production line with world-class equipment is introduced. The company's products are seamless steel pipes with a diameter of less than 610mm. Recently, it has signed two new short process three roll continuous rolling production lines with CCID, MCC: Ø 76 unit (put into operation in March 2012) and Ø 114 unit (put into operation in October 2012).
