上海市房屋建筑设计院，成立于上世纪五十年代，重建于1987年3月，隶属于上海市房屋土地资源管理局，2004年改制为有限公司。建院30多年来，已发展成为专业设置齐全，技术力量雄厚，集建筑规划、设计、房地产投资策划咨询、房屋工程研究、司法鉴定、文物保护等多学科综合性建筑设计研究院。
