丹泉酒业位于广西西北、云贵高原南麓,地处北纬25-29°、东经104-107°之间,这是一个浑然天成的自然名酒带,以云贵高原为中轴线,丹泉产地南丹县刚好与贵州仁怀对折重合,高度相仿的地貌与气候特征,形成了同样相似的酱香白酒酿造生态环境。

丹泉酒业前身是国营南丹县酒厂,创建于1956年。历经50多年的风雨,在丹泉集团“挖掘品牌优势,做强做大丹泉酒”的战略实施中,2003年经过改制和品牌资源整合,国营县级小酒厂在二十一世纪初实现嬗变:生产基地扩建后占地3000余亩,年产酱香8000吨、浓香10000吨、米香20000吨,以广西白酒较大规模、高品质的姿态现身白酒市场。

“一体三翼”的发展战略是丹泉品牌实力的表现,即以酱香为主体,兼香和浓香为侧翼,米香为尾翼的发展格局。丹泉共有四大香型四十款产品。

为实现产业增量提质,丹泉酒业实施“五大工程”:一是丹泉“中国酒洞”开发建设;二是建设丹泉名酒文化城;三是建设丹泉文化广场;四是建设丹泉生物工程科技园;五是建设丹泉包装仓储物流中心。目前“中国酒洞”已投入使用,藏有酱香基酒5万吨,其余四个在建项目将在两年内先后投入使用,为丹泉酒“走向全国”奠定雄厚的后备支撑。

“立足广西、走向全国”是丹泉在改制之初确立的“两步走”发展战略,经过两个“五年计划”的蓄势,丹泉完成了对广西的覆盖,并且在北京、广东、云南、浙江等十多个省市实现了战略布局。
