项目建成后,年产2000万米全棉高档功能性印花面料,年新增销售收入8.4亿元,新增利润5000万元,税金3600万元,安排就业岗位300余个。
目前项目进展情况为:
1、办公用房框架已基本建设完毕,正在进行封顶和填充墙工程。
2、生产车间四围已经建设完毕,正在进行彩钢封顶工程建设。
3、主要生产设备已经完成招投标工作,确定中标单位,签订购置合同,并在省经信委办理了进口设备的免税确认书,数码喷墨印花机等设备陆续已经到厂。
4、项目计划总投资5.2亿元,目前累计完成投资4亿多元。
整个工程预计在2014年4月份进行试车,5月份投入运行。
2013年公司为提升织布生产线技术装备水平和产品档次,为数码印花项目提供合格的坯布,合理匹配纺纱-织布-印染产业链,决定在原有织布生产线基础上,引进国际先进的织布技术和设备,进口360台比利时必佳乐喷气织机,年产3600万米各种高档坯布。
现该项目已在2013年10月份建成投入生产。项目投运后,年产1500万米喷气织布,可新增产值22000万元,利润3300万元,上交税金2100万元,提供就业岗位200个。
