圣安娜饼屋于香港、澳门及广州均设有零售店铺，现时店铺网络逾百家，并透过此零售网络以自家品牌分销自家生产之面包西饼及节日食品。

圣安娜于1972年在香港跑马地开设第一间饼屋。于1992年将业务拓展至澳门，并于2002年进驻广州。

为配合业务发展，应付持续攀升的市场需求，圣安娜早于1993年已在香港九龙湾设置大型面包及西饼的自动化生产线，更于1995年耗资数千万港元，于深圳设立先进的食品生产中心。

凭着稳健发展，圣安娜控股有限公司于2000年11月成功于香港联交所主板上市。

至2007年，圣安娜控股有限公司由利亚零售有限公司全面收购并私有化，成为冯氏零售 (前利丰零售) 成员之一。 

英文翻译：Started in Hong Kong in 1972, the popular Western-style bakery has a large-scale automatic production line of pancakes. It belongs to the international large-scale transnational business group - Hong Kong Li & Fung Group Santa Ana bakery. It has retail stores in Hong Kong, Macao and Guangzhou. At present, there are more than 100 stores network, and through this retail network, it distributes its own bread pancakes and festival food. St. Anna opened her first bakery in Hong Kong in 1972. It expanded its business to Macao in 1992 and settled in Guangzhou in 2002. In order to match the business development and meet the rising market demand, Santa Ana has set up an automatic production line for large-scale bread and Western bread in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong as early as 1993, and in 1995, it spent tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars to set up an advanced food production center in Shenzhen. With steady development, Santa Ana Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2000. Until 2007, Santa Ana Holdings Limited was fully acquired and privatized by lea retail Co., Ltd. and became one of the members of Feng's retail (formerly Li & Fung retail).
