乡巴佬是什么牌子?「乡巴佬」是 浙江和丰食品有限公司 旗下著名品牌。该品牌发源于浙江,由创始人王文正在1995-12-22期间创立,经过多年的不懈努力和高速发展,现已成为行业的标杆品牌。

和丰食品始创于1931年,迄今已有70余年的历史。

早在1896年,和丰董事长许复新的伯祖父就与其表弟前往宁波一肉食店做学徒,经数年,两人技艺远超师傅,成为当地教授卤制工艺的名师。1931年,许祖父二人回到家乡,在苍南沪山凤阳自办肉类卤制作坊,并把手艺传授给儿孙。凭借卤制绝活,许记卤作坊得到了四方乡邻的赞誉,其名气也越来越大。但直到1976年,许复新先生才和其兄弟在父辈事业的基础上正式建立了苍南第一家民营化食品加工厂,使传统工艺有了更大的发展平台。

浙江和丰食品80年代经过高速扩建和发展,成为拥有加工高粱肉、猪(牛)肉脯、香肠、腊肉等多条生产线的现代食品企业。在和丰人的苦心经营和大力革新下,不断引进各种先进技术和优秀人才,逐渐发展成为一家集食品研究、食品生产、食品销售、食品成套设备输出为一体,将传统饮食文化和现代工艺良好结合的企业。

进入90年代,和丰获得高速发展。先在1998年投资1000万创建了山东和丰食品有限公司;接着又在2008年投资2000多万元,创建了吉林农家庄园食品有限公司。目前,和丰总部设在中国温州灵溪工业园区,建筑面积18000平方米,全面引进德国全自动真空包装机和超高温数控杀菌釜等先进设备,日产量高达50万袋,年产值达3.8亿元,已成为具有较强科研实力,引领中国食品行业前进的大型现在花食品企业。

和丰创办以来,一直秉承百年传统工艺,引进先进技术,致力创造高品位食品。目前,和丰旗下有“鲜巴老”(其前身为乡巴佬)、“好运道”、“和丰乡巴佬”三大品牌及六十几个品种的休闲食品,其品牌内涵、良好口味、新颖别致的包装深得消费者厚爱。目前,和丰食品除了在国内拥有广泛的市场外,还出口意大利、巴西、新加坡、香港等10数个国家和地区。由于和丰食品的迅猛发展,其旗下品牌一度成为中国卤制真空食品的代名词,和丰也成为中国卤蛋、卤肉禽抽空软包装(国家)行业标准的起草人之一。
