贵州省仁怀市茅台镇金茅古酒厂,始建于1993年,是酱香型白酒原产地——贵州茅台镇建厂时间较早、库存陈年老酒较多的规模以上工业企业。

金茅古酒厂总部位于茅台河畔安龙场,地处茅台镇7.5平方公里酱香酒核心产区内。制酒、制曲车间沿茅台河岸而建,厂区地表为茅台“红壤”,用水从茅台河直接引入,海拔400米,与国酒茅台同享得天独厚的地理、气候和微生物环境。

2010年,金茅古酒厂投资2.5亿元、占地180多亩,入驻国家新型工业化产业示范基地——仁怀名酒工业园区荣昌坝生产区,2011年建成投产,现已具备年酿造酱香酒基酒3500千升,以及年包装各类成品酒1万千升的配套生产能力。

金茅古酒厂传承茅台镇千年酿酒古法,以本地优质糯高粱、小麦、茅台河水为原料,严格按照茅台镇酱香酒传统工艺精心酿制。产品具有酱香突出、幽雅细腻、酒体醇厚、回味悠长、空杯留香持久的独特风格。研制开发的金茅古、金茅城、玉楼亭、思念等不同档次、不同口味,满足不同区域、不同文化背景、不同层次市场需求的系列产品,受到广大消费者青睐。其中,“金茅”系列是酒都仁怀“本土传统”白酒的典型代表。

金茅古酒厂董事长张前芬女士,1974年毕业后到茅台酿造总厂参加工作,先后在发酵、制曲、化验、勾兑、质检等岗位工作。改革开放之初,在贵州茅台酒厂工作的丈夫王泽明,支持张前芬辞职开办了酿酒作坊,生产经营酱香酒基酒。20多年来,已从员工20余人、年产量数十吨的小作坊,发展成为员工300余人、年产酱香酒3500千升、浓香酒1万千升的规模以上工业企业,汇聚了一批懂工艺、精专业、善管理、强销售的人才,形成了强有力的公司生产、营销、管理团队。

Maotai Town, Guizhou Province, was established earlier and has more aged old liquor in stock. Jinmaogu distillery is headquartered in anlongchang, Maotai River, 7.5 square kilometers in Maotai town. The workshop for liquor making and koji making is built along the Bank of Maotai river. The surface of the plant area is "red soil" of Maotai. Water is directly introduced from Maotai River, with an altitude of 400 meters. It shares the unique geographical, climatic and microbial environment with Maotai, a national liquor. In 2010, Jinmao ancient distillery invested 250 million yuan, covering an area of more than 180 mu, and settled in rongchangba production area of Renhuai famous liquor Industrial Park, a national new industrial demonstration base. It was completed and put into operation in 2011, and now has the supporting production capacity of 3500 kiloliters of base liquor for brewing Maotai flavor liquor, and 10000 kiloliters of various kinds of finished liquor for packaging. Jinmao ancient distillery inherits Maotai town's millennial wine making method. It takes local high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and Maotai river water as raw materials and brews it carefully in strict accordance with Maotai town's traditional Maotai flavor liquor technology. The product has the unique style of outstanding sauce flavor, elegant and delicate, mellow wine body, long aftertaste and long-lasting fragrance in empty cup. The series of products with different grades and tastes, such as jinmaogu, jinmaocheng, yulouting and yearning, developed to meet the needs of different regions, different cultural backgrounds and different levels of market, are favored by the majority of consumers. Among them, "Jinmao" series is a typical representative of Renhuai "local tradition" liquor. Ms. Zhang Qianfen, chairman of jinmaogu distillery, went to work in Maotai brewery after graduation in 1974, successively working in fermentation, koji making, assay, blending, quality inspection and other posts. At the beginning of reform and opening up, Wang Zeming, the husband who worked in Guizhou Maotai distillery, supported Zhang Qianfen to resign and set up a distillery to produce and operate Maotai flavor liquor base liquor.
