公司注重科技创新,从70年代中期起就致力于对黄酒传统工艺的改革,研制的金枫501酵母菌种经中科院微生物所鉴定为新工艺黄酒优良菌种,并收藏命名为AS2.1392;1978年建成了全国第一条年产万千升的黄酒新工艺生产流水线;90年代通过技术创新,建成了发酵电脑自动温控系统;为实现科技兴司、持续改进,2009年又投资新建“10万千升黄酒技改项目”,在同行中继续保持技术领先的地位。
