台州银行股份有限公司,始建于1988年6月6日,由城市信用社发展而来,总行地处民营经济发祥地之一的浙江省台州市。2002年3月,以市场化方式发起成立了较早的政府参股不控股的城市商业银行“台州市商业银行”,2010年9月更名为台州银行。目前,我行注册资本18亿元,2008年成功引进中国平安、招商银行为我行股东及战略合作伙伴。

截至目前,我行拥有员工9000余人。设有舟山、温州、杭州、宁波、金华、湖州、衢州、绍兴、嘉兴、丽水10家分行,同时主发起设立了浙江三门银座村镇银行、深圳福田银座村镇银行、北京顺义银座村镇银行、江西赣州银座村镇银行、重庆渝北银座村镇银行、重庆黔江银座村镇银行、浙江景宁银座村镇银行等7家“银座”系列的村镇银行。

通过不断努力与多年的经验积累,我行总结出了一套实践检验、行之有效的小微企业金融服务技术,形成了“以市场化治理,提供公平对等服务;以差异化经营,满足合理信贷需求;以特色化服务,打造小微服务品牌;以精细化管理,保持稳健发展步伐”的优势竞争力。通过为客户量身定做金融产品,以“下户调查、眼见为实、自编报表、交叉检验”为核心的“十六字”信贷调查技术,为小微企业创造平等的融资机会,解决了小微企业信息不对称、缓解了小微企业融资难等问题。

独特的企业个性和信贷技术决定了我行必须自行培养员工,为此,我行设立了具有社会办学资格的1.3万平方米的“台州银行银座金融培训学院”。通过引进国际培训理念,分条线开发培训课程,建立了高密度、标准化的培训体系,并设计出科学合理的上岗资格认证机制。目前,全行机构99.47%的员工为我行自行培养。

近年来,客户在变、市场在变。在金融市场化加速推进、竞争越来越激烈的客观环境下,我行积极思变,2012年2月,正式启动了与全球战略咨询公司麦肯锡公司的战略项目合作,提出“变革转型 二次创业”的号召,明确“与客户做朋友”的“社区银行”商业发展模式。2013-2015年,我行积极推进“社区银行”这一战略落地,包括在业务规划、人员招聘、网点布局、流程审批等方面,都努力与“社区银行”接轨,为客户提供了多元的金融服务。
