安徽口子酒业股份有限公司是以生产国优名酒而著称的国家酿酒重点骨干企业。企业营业执照核准的经营范围:生产、制造和销售白酒及玻璃制品。

1949年5月18日,人民政府赎买了私人酿酒作坊“小同聚”等酒坊,创立了“国营濉溪人民酒厂”(安徽口子酒业股份有限公司前身)。1951年,国营濉溪人民酒厂在老濉河东岸“祥兴泰”、“协源公”、“协顺”、“协昌”等古酒坊基础上征地扩建,此即现在的安徽口子酒业股份有限公司东关分厂。1997年由淮北市口子酒厂、濉溪县口子酒厂合并成立安徽口子集团公司(以下简称“口子集团”)。2002年12月,口子集团联合其他发起人股东发起成立安徽口子酒业股份有限公司(以下简称“口子酒业”或“公司”)。公司目前拥有首届中国酿酒大师等在内的技术创新队伍及一批国家级、省级的评酒勾兑专家和一个现代化的省级技术中心。

公司先后荣获国家和省市多项殊荣。2003年通过了ISO9001和ISO14001质量环境兼容管理体系认证,五年口子窖酒通过了国家级产品质量认证;2005年通过了HACCP管理体系认证,“口子”商标被国家工商行政管理总局评定为中国驰名商标,荣膺“中国白酒经济效益十佳企业”;2006年被国家商务部首批认定为中华老字号,副总经理张国强被评定为首届中国酿酒大师;2009年被国家标准化管理委员会批准为中国白酒标准化技术委员会兼香型白酒分技术委员会秘书处承担单位,董事长徐进任全国白酒标准化技术委员会兼香型白酒分技术委员会主任委员。
