At present, Shangyao Xinyi is 100% wholly-owned by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., which is a large industrial manufacturing enterprise under Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group. As a national pharmaceutical enterprise with a history of one hundred years, Shangyao Xinyi mainly undertakes the social responsibilities of national drug emergency reserve, supporting national and local governments to promote medical reform, and supporting social public welfare undertakings. At present, Xinyi has become one of the industrial entities with complete product varieties and dosage forms in China. It has 11 major industrial enterprises, 2 major commercial companies, 1 procurement center, 1 municipal R & D center, 2 joint ventures, nearly 1000 product approvals, covering 14 treatment fields, 20 dosage forms, and 2 national first-class new drug varieties.
