被收购

2008年3月31日，瑞典政府宣布，拥有“绝对伏特加”品牌的瑞典葡萄酒和酒精公司（V&S）以约56.26亿欧元（约合88.8亿美元）的价格，被法国保乐力加集团收购。而此前的3月12日，V&S公司与四川剑南春集团合资组建的四川天成祥酒类销售有限公司正式运作，在中国造高端白酒品牌“天成祥”。

绝对伏特加的母公司瑞典葡萄酒和酒精公司是瑞典的大型国有企业，旗下拥有众多酒类品牌，2006年的销售额达到14.6亿美元，而绝对伏特加的销售额占到半数以上。瑞典酒类产品零售业自19世纪50年代以来便由国家垄断，V&S公司于1917年创立，旗下的“绝对伏特加”品牌则起源于1879年。

2008年3月，瑞典政府宣布变卖V&S公司，估价为400亿瑞典克朗（约合57亿美元）

Over the years, absolutvodka has taken creative, elegant and humorous ways to interpret the core values of the brand: purity, simplicity and perfection. Acquired on March 31, 2008, the Swedish government announced that V & S, a Swedish wine and alcohol company with the "absolute vodka" brand, was acquired by France's polerika group for about 5.626 billion euros (about 8.88 billion US dollars). Previously, on March 12, Sichuan tianchengxiang Liquor Sales Co., Ltd., a joint venture between V & S and Sichuan Jiannanchun Group, was officially put into operation to make high-end liquor brand "tianchengxiang" in China. The parent company of absolute vodka, Swedish wine and alcohol company, is a large-scale state-owned enterprise in Sweden, which owns many liquor brands. In 2006, the sales volume reached 1.46 billion US dollars, while the sales volume of absolute vodka accounted for more than half.
