河北将军岭酒业，土生土长于革命老区河北涉县，文化底蕴深厚，被誉为太行深处的生态佳酿。

将军岭酒酿制历史源远流长。据清嘉庆四年（1799）年《涉县志》载：“邑人以此（柿子）为粮，以造酒”。

民国29年（1940年），为供应八路军军政机关医药用酒，县抗日政府租用原南关福源涌酒厂旧址及设备开办酒厂，俗称“王掌柜”酒店，后改称南关酒厂，系手工作业，年产白酒20吨。成为八路军一二九师太行边区军办酿酒作坊。（注：以上内容摘自《涉县志》）

民国时期，茅岭底村二根换酒厂、索堡镇程显酒厂、南关福涌酒厂、茨村原义涌酒厂在境内颇为出名。抗日战争爆发后，酿酒业衰落。
