【祁门红茶是哪个国家的品牌？】

祁红是祁门红茶的简称。产于安徽省祁门、东至、贵池、石台、黟县，以及江西的浮梁一带。茶叶的自然品质以祁门的历口、闪里、平里一带最优。

茶叶外形条索紧细苗秀，显毫，色泽乌润；茶叶香气清香持久，似果香又似兰花香，国际茶市上把这种香气专门叫做“祁门香”；茶叶汤色和叶底颜色红艳明亮，口感鲜醇酣厚，即便与牛奶和糖调饮，其香不仅不减，反而更加馥郁。

“祁门香”所用的茶树是全国茶叶品种审定委员会议定的国家良种“祁门种”，灌木型，中叶类，树姿半开展，分枝密度中等叶片略向上斜生，叶形长椭圆，叶面微隆起，叶色绿，富光泽，叶质柔软。

祁红现采现制，以保持鲜叶的有效成分，特级祁红以一芽一叶及一芽二叶为主，制作工艺精湛。分初制和精制两大过程，初制包括萎凋、揉捻、发酵、烘干等工序。精制则将长短粗细、轻重曲直不一的毛茶，经筛分、整形、审评提选、分级归堆，同时为提高干度，保持品质，便于贮藏和进一步发挥茶香，再行复火，拼配，成为形质兼优的成品茶。

“祁门香”香飘五洲，主要出口英国、荷兰、德国、日本、俄罗斯等几十个国家和地区，多年来一直是我国的国事礼茶。刘少奇主席、江泽民总书记出国访问时都曾带过“祁门香”馈赠外国元首。
