【白熊咖喱是哪个国家的品牌？】

白熊咖哩诞生于日本北海道的拉面店「むつみ屋(MUTSUMIYA)」。当时喜爱制作咖哩的拉面店店主，以营养丰富、味道浓郁的拉面汤熬制咖哩汁，再配以取自北海道农场的新鲜材料，制作出一道别出心裁的咖哩饭，作为员工每天的膳食。这一道原来只是员工膳食的咖哩饭，正是白熊咖哩的前身。

某天，一位拉面店的熟客对员工吃得津津有味的咖哩饭感到好奇，于是忍不住说出一句「请让我也尝尝那道咖哩」。自那天以后，美味的咖哩饭便从客人的口中传扬开去。起初咖哩饭只为熟客提供，但不知不觉之间，咖哩饭就正式加进菜单。后来，店主精益求精，继续改良咖哩饭的味道，并萌生开设咖哩专门店的念头。

随着12年时间过去，在2010年店主正式着手打造自己的咖哩专门店。店主活用多年来制作拉面的丰富经验，反复研制自家独有的咖哩配方。经过多番尝试，终于让他成功创出味道芳香、略带辛辣，但又如「传统日本咖哩饭」般适合男女老少品尝的美味咖哩。出生于北海道的店主，以象征大自然的北极熊「シロクマ(白熊)」为这道咖哩命名。他期望这道咖哩饭能有如北极熊一样得到大众的喜爱。

在2011年1月，多年来的梦想终于实现，「白熊咖哩」首间店铺正式在日本诞生。更在2012年正式登陆香港，更陆续在中国大陆开设分店！
