1996年 公司定名为“凯司令食品有限公司”并将厂房搬迁至纪念路，从此进入一个新的发展历程。

1999年 公司转制成立“上海凯司令食品股份有限公司”由集团公司控股，形成企业与员工共同发展的经营理念，提升企业发展的凝聚力。

2006年公司打破传统直营店模式，打开多渠道经营模式，引进了加盟店，让品牌得以传承天下。
