为进一步提升成本效益及生产效率，本集团自2003年起已于广州市南沙区兴建总面积逾35,000平方米的大型珠宝加工厂。新厂房全面运作后，总产量将可倍增。自设珠宝加工厂房令六福集团的产品能做到「一条龙生产模式」，为全球六福珠宝店铺提供优质产品，确保货源稳定之余，亦可更容易控制产品质素。该厂房更于2008年获得ISO9001品质管理系统认证，并于2009年通过ISO14001环境管理系统认证，足证其品质保证系统及产品质量标准已达国际水平并获专业认可。

本集团对品质严格把关，由原材料采购、生产以至售后服务均一丝不苟，更于1996年成立全资附属公司－中华珠宝鉴定中心，提供钻石鉴定、评级、翡翠及有色宝石鉴定及珠宝质量评估等服务。中心于2005年成为首批符合HKASISO/IEC17025所订的硬玉质翡翠认证之认可宝石鉴定所；2009年，获得钻石鉴定测试之认可资格;2015年，成功取得黄金检测火试法国际标准ISO11426，可签发国际认可的黄金检测报告，成为香港唯一同时符合HKASISO/IEC17025所订的三项测试认可要求，认可范围包括硬玉质翡翠测试、钻石测试及黄金含量检测的珠宝鉴定中心。此外，中心更是香港首间成功考核中国国家标准GB/T9288黄金检测方法认证之珠宝鉴定中心，同时亦符合ISO9001：2008品质管理系统的准则，足证其品质保证系统及产品质量标准已达国际水平并获专业认可。
