学院拥有工商管理和管理科学与工程两个一级学科，现有工商管理、会计学、市场学、财务与投资、旅游酒店管理、管理科学等6个系，拥有2个博士后流动站、9个博士学位点、9个硕士学位授予点、9个学术型硕士学位授予点、5个专业硕士学位授予点、8个本科专业和27个省级、校级和院级科研机构，科研成果突出，成为了国内活跃的管理学前沿重镇之一。
